Subject:Any information about this ink horse painting

Hello, I acquired this ink painting simply because my daughter loves horses, however I've grown very fond of it. Could anyone help me with the following.

Was this painted to celebrate the year of the horse, if so would there be similar ink paintings of dogs, goats etc to celebrate other years by the same artist?

Is anyone able to tell me who the artist is?

This is a copy of a famous Beihong Galopping Horse ink painting.
Xu Beihong 1895-1953 is best known for his ink paintings of horses.
