I purchased my first line drawing and wondered if anyone can give me some information on the artist and what the markings mean.

Also are there any resources to learn about the signatures?

What are the other two stamps?

Sorry, I didn't see the right hand side of the picture.
I read the upper seal,
白安廷　-　Bai Anting
Unidentifiable artist name.
Lower, leisure seal,
xxx工大王　-　ｘｘｘgong dawang　-　xxx workers's great king
