Painting Measures 25" x 30", I purchased it in Upstate NYC. I can't make out the writing but would love to know the name of the artist as this is quite a lovely piece.

The Chinese signature is a pseudonym
不遢　-　Buta - (Not negligent)
Unfortunately, I can't find it in pseudonym dictionaries. However, the western style is the stepdaughter of Chinese painting.
