Hoping someone could help me identify the signature/stamp. Any other information would be appreciated as well. Does it happen to mention a year? Thank you.

Signature reads,
路加　-　Lujia - Luke (as the painter Apostle) -　Art-name
Unfortunately the seals are too smudged to read.

I could find two christian painters active in pre-war China.
1, Luke Chen Yuandu　陳縁督 1903-1967
2, Luke Hua Xiaoxian 華效先？　―？
The only problem is that I can't find reference signatures from them.
