Hello, can someone please identify the artist and translate what it says? This is an original done with possibly calligraphy ink.Is the writing Pleco, Kanji or just calligraphy? Thank you in advance.it is 10.75" x 9.75".

It is Japanese,
飛天翔來 瑞氣集門
Apsaras flying to the gate where propitious vapours assemble
善光寺 - Zenkōji (Temple) - Famous Budhist temple in Nagano/Japan
Signature and seal,
善照  - Zenshō - Buddhist priest name
Signature and seal on the right side,
桃枝 - Tōgi or Momoe - Pseudonym ?
Starting seal on he right top,
佛人 - Butsujin (Buddhist)

Could the pseudonym Togi actually be the town Togi that merged withe town Shika?

Dear Dwayna,
The pseudonym Tōgi (桃枝)has a meaning of "Peach twig" - nothing to do with any toponym.
