Subject:Help with 2 Plates

Hello,

I have acquired these 2 plates and I would be grateful for any information please on age, possible makers etc, also it has an impressed mark which would be great if someone could identify. I'm afraid it was really tricky to photo.

I noticed the slip / clay has run marks on it.
