山中雲起不知年　坐聴流泉盡日間
短壑青松涼似水　却疑天上非人間
The clouds are born permanently in the mountains
I just sit and listen to the flowing streams all day
In the narrow ravine the green pines are as cool as the waters
I rather suspect that there is no one in the Heaven

I can't find the artist in my name dictionaries.
