Hi Guys, another large artwork this, measures approx. 65cm by 130cm, if anyone can translate the writing and perhaps suggest who the artist is I as always would be really grateful.

Born in Baocheng, Jilin Province. Graduated the Northwest University in 1963.
Member of Chinese Artists Association Sichuan Branch, Member of Chinese Painters and Calligraphers Association etc.
