香至国　-　*Kōshikoku - Pseudonym of artist monk

Text in moden kana transcription,
なごやかに　-　Nagoyaka ni
正しく - tadashiku
よく考えて - yoku kangaete
おちついて - ochitsuite
Be gentle, think carefully and calm down

Leisure seal,
露堂々　-　Rodōdō　-　Open mindedness

* Kōshikoku is the Japanese/Chinese name of the birthplace of Boddhidharma - Kanchinpuram.

A Zen Buddhist monk whose identity cannot be found.
