Hi can anybody identify this artist, the seal is faded, tried Google translate for wording but no luck. CHEERS

It is Korean.

Inscription reads;
Myohyangsan Kekok - *Mount Myohyang Gorge
Cho Dong-il - Surname and given name of artist
97 April

* Nount Myohyang: name of a mountain in North Korea
