Subject:Identifying a mark please

Hi there,
Last one for a while, I really do appreciate your help and advice and wouldn’t want to wear out your goodwill!
Can you help me with this mark and some idea as to age .
The bowl is 15cm diam and approx 7cm high.

The mark says 'Made by Imperial Order, Kangxi Reign' (Kang xi yu zhi - 康熙御製), but the palette and style of your bowl looks totally alien to that period. Probably a 21st century product, in my opinion.
