Subject:Enso 円相 . Kindly identify artist name and inscription.

Friends,

I am so happy to have found this fantastic resource and would like to begin by saying thank you with all of my heart to the people generously contributing. I am very inspired by especially the Enso 円相 art and at the same time not knowing sufficiently Chinese nor Japanese.

I traveled and studied in China for about a year in the late eighties and it only granted me some rudimentary language skills.

Here is an Enso from my collection, in Sweden, that may be from the latter part of the Edo period or slightly later. I currently do not know the artist nor the inscription.

Thank you kindly and my warmest greetings!

Stefan

Here is my reading and rough translation,
小屋有益雍敢和 - Koya yueki wo tamochi aete wa sen
The small room is useful and it is presumed to have harmony
槁木翁書 - Written by Kōboku-hō (The Old Man of the Withered Tree)

I can'd decipher the seals under the signature.

Starting seal,
曹商直下 - Sōshō chokka (Cao Shang's down - refers to a Chinese parable about the Song dynasty merchant called Cao, who lost his dignity as a price in exchange for wealth)

With regards,
I.Nagy
