Subject:Please help identify this small Japanese plate/bowl and signature at the back

Hello. I would like some help identify this small Japanese plate or bowl. Looks like a dipping bowl but I'm not quite sure. The mark at the back is intriguing. It has a signature at the same time there is like a glazed mark in a form of a flower. Would appreciate any help identifying this beautiful piece. Thanks.
