Subject:Help translating EDO JIDAI writing on screen

I was given this screen 50 years ago. Its been in storage and now I am trying to figure out the history. I have attached writing that is on the front of the screen, and a series of writing on the back.

Here is my tentative reading,

仿秋若陽成之畫意
Imitating the artistic ideas of Akiwaka Yōsei
時在庚辰夏之上汛
At the Summer Seasonal Floods of the Year of Metal-Dragon (...1760,1820,1880)
Signature,
霖僲翁　-　Rinsen-ō　(The Old Man Rinsen)
Upper seal,
霖僲印　-　Seal of Rinsen
Lower seal,
子介　　-　Kokai - Pseudonym

Unidentifiable artist.

On the backing paper there are signatures and seal imprints that have nothing to do with the screen.

Thank you. I have received a few estimates for repairing the screen, from $9k and up. I can't really justify repairing the screen if the Artist is Unknown... hmmm
