Hello, can you tell me if the label correctly identifies this painting and approximate age? I assume it is originally a screen. It measures about 39" by 25". Thank you for this and past advice.

桂石　-　Keiseki
Illegible seal,

Most probably Kuratate Keiseki 蔵立桂石　1876-?
Was active in the 1910s-20s.
Born in Ǒsaka, original given name was Shigeaki 重朗. Learned painting from Iwajima Kōseki 巖島虹石
1869-1903.
