戊午夏日冩 - Painted on a Summer Day of the Year of Earth-Horse (..1918,1978)
七十有一　泰山翁　The 71 (Years Old) Old man of Tài Shān (Mt Tài) - Art-name
Upper seal,
江見之印　-　Seal of Jiāngjiàn - Courtesy name or another art-name
Lower seal,
泰山　-　Tài Shān
Leisure seal,
是川是山皆我師　-　Rivers and mountains all are my teachers

I can't find artist with the above names,
