Subject:Bronze cast female deity 15th century

Hello
I have come across this female Buddhist figure and trying to find out more information about it.
I believe the writing translates as-
Da Ming Xuande Nian Shi
Bestowed in Xuande period of the Ming Dynasty
Could it be Tara White
Also in the recesses there appears to be remains of gilt.
Rubbing on face , knees , hand , feet
66 cm in height
Any opinion would be appreciated.
