In the 37th - Celestial Wood-Dragon - Year of Meiji Era (1904)
九十一翁　-　Ninety-one Years Old
直人道人　-　Chokujin-dōjin (Upright priest) -Priest Chokujin
Upper seal,
田原之印　-　Seal of Tawara - probably the original surname of the priest
Lower seal,
直人道人　-　Chokujin-dōjin　

Dōjin 道人 -　title is given to a practicing Buddhist priests.
Unidentifiable priest name.
