Hello. I'm not sure about the subject of this painting. Is it a young Buddha? is he chinese or japanese? Does anyone know the author and is able to read the writing? Thanks in advance for any suggestions,

Unfortunately, I can't decipher it. It seems to be conbination of a pictogram and seal script.

I think the figure can depict the painter priest as a careless young child.
