Found this that looks like a print on silk locked in an old filing cabinet. I've had it for about a decade. Please if anyone can translate or identify its origin that would be great.

青天色　-　Blue sky color
Seal,
雨田　-　Yutian

Probably, Chen Yutian 陳雨田 1955-
Flower and bird painter
