Subject:Korean Artist name help.

I'm have a hard time reading the name on this piece of Korean Textile Art. It's framed behind glass.

On the back of the Frame in Korean is says it's from the Textile Art Gallery Seoul Korea.

Any help on the signature would be greatly appreciated. I see the year 2001 at the end of the name, but can't make out the name.
