Posted By: Bill H Sat, Jan 08, 2022 Appears to be an example of chinoiserie or perhaps japonisme, which are imitative forms of Chinese and Japanese art created and admired in Europe and the USA during the first half of the 20th century. The characters are all faux and without any meaning. |
