Subject:Korean Spoon & Chopstick ID/When made?

I have a set of Chopsticks and Spoons that I need help to ID, there are marks and I can not read Korean. Can you help ID?

27종 - 27 jong - Type 27
동양 - Dong-yang - The East
(The third Hangul letter like thing in the middle is just a decoration)

Thank you so much I appreciate your quick reply. Since there is no denoted North or South in the marks could these utensils be made before the division of the two Korea's? Where can I find out more information as to the cultural importance if any?

They are definitely South Korean made and not older than 20-30 years. North Korea instead of "KOREA"
marking uses the "DPRK" marking in English.
These kind of spoon - chopstick sets are common in every Korean reastaurant. They are sold in housewares/hardware shops.
