Subject:vintage Japanese tea cultivation and ceremony book

My name is Joe Landsberger and I have developed a home garden in the Japanese style with traditional gate and moon viewing pavilion. A friend gave me a beautifully bound book of 14 watercolors about 100 years old on the theme of tea cultivation and ceremony measuring 13.75 X 10.5 inches. I have included half of the first title page. Can anyone translate who the artist is? ;-{) Do you recognize the 印鑑 inkan? I am thinking of creating a full series of tiles from the pages for a house I am building in the garden!
