Subject:Writing on four Hisashi Otsuka mixed-media art prints

There is writing below each print, which I thought was the name of the immortal poet pictured. But the writing is similar (or identical). They may be an edition number, like No.31 of 100 or something. Can anyone help me? I would appreciate any help you can give me.
