Is this small Kangxi bowl? It measures 6” diameter and (1”)2.5 cm height. I cannot find a similar bowl. I don’t believe it’s Imari. It has 3 small rings at the foot, one large above it and a ring on the underside. I have more detailed and closer photos if needed. Any help would be appreciated.

Appears to be Japanese piece, circa 1st quarter 20th century (late Meiji-Taisho era).
