Your jar has an apocryphal four-character mark in standard script (shown 90-degrees to left of normal position) of the Kangxi emperor (1662-1722). It reads down and across from the top right as "Made during the Kangxi reign" (Kangxi nian zhi - 康熙年製). This one dates to circa 1900, late Qing period.

Best regards,

Bill H.
