Subject:Help identify vase

Been in the family for ages. Any idea country of origin, era, etc? Ideogram is printed under the base. Google translates it as "cold" but it seems it is used both in China and Japan. My mother told me it's an old Satsuma vase but I am not sure if this is accurate. Brought in Greece by my grandmother when her family was pushed from Turkey, early 1900s
