Subject:Pair of small wooden ducks

Could anybody please help me with the inscription on the bottom of this pair of carved wooden Japanese? Ducks.
Any clues as to age etc would be very much appreciated.

Mark is apocryphal version of ‘Qianlong’, reign title of the Qing emperor who ruled from 1736-95. Wooden ducks probably were made in China in the late 20th century.
