Subject:Help to identify - in the style of Okuda Eisen

I am seeking some help to identify this small plate/tray which is roughly 26.5cm (10.5") x 11cm (4.5") and is 3.5cm (1.5") high. I cannot find anything similar apart from a visual match to the style of painting on porcelain done by Okuda Eisen. There are two back stamps which I have included in photos. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Nicole
