I would much appreciate any information about the Japanese brush drawing of two men, which includes text and a seal on washi paper. The drawing is fixed to another sheet of washi paper with a drawing of bamboo.

The ink drawing captures the famous scene of "Crotch Passing' from the youth of the later Han Dynasty general Han Xin 韓信, who made great achievements in the founding of the Han Dynasty.
According to the inscription he was ridiculed by is fellow slaughterhouse youth. One young man who saw him always wearing a sword said to him "You are big and have sword and a heart, which is too small. If you have a courage not to afraid to die, try stabbing me with that sword. If you can't, go under my legs" After starring at him, Han Xin, without saying a word, got down all four and slipped under his crotch.
This is a parable that those with ambitions do not fight others over short-term trivial matters.

The picture of bamboo on the back has nothing to do with it.
