I am looking for help with identifying information about this vase. What language, what does it say, and any info about it? Thank you for your help!

I think it is Japanese, but a better quality picture of just the inscriptions and the bottom mark would remove all doubt.
What I can read:
己亥春の時此..... In the Spring of the Year of Earth-Pig (..,1959)

With regards,

Thank you! Here are close up photos as requested. The stamp on bottom is very blurry so this is as clear as I could get.

Thank you for the better quality pictures. With this more legible pictures I have to revise my previous opinion. According to the reading of the inscription on the neck, it could be Taiwanese.
己亥冬月寫長於秀朗山,
Painted Patiently in the Spring of the Year of Earth-Pig (1959) at Xiulangshan (Mt. Xiulang)
Xiulang 秀朗 is a place name in the outskirts of Taipei.
The bottom mark is still illegibly blurred, but it is very similar of the markings used in Taiwan with Latin letters on the rim.

With regards,
I.Nagy
