竹邨桑居 Chikuson Sōkyo
Upper (Leisure) seal,
x芳 xhō
Lower seal,
田逸 Taitsu (Ta from Tajika 田近, Itsu 逸 was his original given name)

Tajika Chikuson 田近竹邨 1864-1922
Nanga painter
Studied painting in Kyōto from Tanomura Chokunyū. Founded the Nanga-in, and contributed to the development of the Nanga in in the Taishō period.

Signature reads,
逸峰名草芳  Ippō Nagusa Yoshi
Seal,
名草芳印 Seal of Nagusa Yoshi

Nagusa Ippō 名草一芳 1820-1889
Yoshitarō 芳太郎 was his nickname, where the Yoshi has come from.
In Kyōto studied painting from Oda Kaisen. In the Meiji era he lived in Hiroshima, where he taught painting. Exhibited at the 2nd National Industrial Exposition (1881) and the National Competitive Painting Exhibition (1882) where he received honourable mentions、respectively.

Nagusa Ippō 名草逸峰 1820-1889  is correct
