Hello, I found this rather attractive painting of a grasshopper perched on what I believe is a peony. Looks like it was originally a scroll mount but later framed under glass. Any help with authorship greatly appreciated - also signed in English at lower left "Hin" or "Chin"?

Upper seal,
陳土善製　Painted by Chen Tushan
(Surname and fancy name)
Lower seal,
陳子x印　Seal of Chen Zi x (I can't decipher the second character of the given name)

Unidentifiable artist.
The Chinese surname Chen is very often transliterated as Chin.
