Subject:Reading of Artist Seal/Cartouche

Would appreciate help in reading the oval cartouche, first two characters reading のぶ (nobu) on this 1923 lithograph depicting the actor Ichikawa Ennosuke II in the role of Musashibō Benkei by an artist with the name of Nobukata 信方, active around 1922. (Possibly the artist 古荘信方 Furushō? Nobukata.) Any additional identification of who this artist is would also be appreciated.
