Hi All,
I recently bought this relatively modern and small scroll, and wondered if anyone can read the signature - just curious about the artist, but it may well be someone very minor and unrecorded. Any help would be great - thanks!

Upper seal,
悌印　Seal of Tei
Lower seal,
十畞　Jippo

Araki Jippo 荒木十畝　1872-1944
Original given name: Teijiro 悌二郎
Adapted son of Araki Kanpo.
He specialized in flowers and birds paintings.
