I would like to know more about a Japanese picture. A woman, (spirit, ghost, goddess?)has
a hat(?) that looks large, round, and flat, and has many tendrils of seaweed(?)that hang down all
around her face and body from the hat.
Who and what is she? I can't find an image of her on the net because I don't know her name!
