Subject:Kutani identification - Please help!

I have the following item but have not been able to identify it. The markings apear to be Kutani but I'm not sure.

This is a Kutani mark, the left hand two characters are most probably the name of the potter - they read 'Bizan'.
It appears to be a hand-drawn mark, not a stamp.
