Subject:Cormorant Fishing painting Artist?

Hello, PLEASE can someone help me. We have this painting and we need to find out who the artist is? I can only read GEN CHO ??? on the bottom left corner as the artist stamp, I may be wrong. I think its very old? I thought it might be Hanamura Kokan, but I could be wrong also. Does someone have any clue? Thanks!
