Could you please translate these 2 signatures. They are from 2 silk painting that were given to my parents about 60 years ago. I've always wondered what these said.

1. suppose be a name of the subject.
2. named: " Chiu Fong ". means: " The mountain Scene in Autumn ". "Chiu" means "Autumn"; " Fong" means " great mountain. good luck!

That makes sense because the painting is 3 boats on a lake with 3 people in each boat and what appears to be Mt. Fuji in the background. Now if I can figure out the artist and time period.
