Subject:Need help identifying artist

My wife and I found this painting at an estate sale over the weekend. We are trying to determine the title and artist of the piece, as well as the date.

I have included the painting, as well as closeups of the title and the seal

1. Artist's users name:" Jiang Feng "; Real name: Dang Zhan Dong.
2. His age: shall be 80~81 yrs old now. was graduated from He-Nan Art Institute(china)in 1950.
3. This art piece was finished in 1982.

4. i believe that you may find more info. or
his art show below:

"sui yuan ju" gallery-324 Main St. Gaithersburg, MD 20878. Ph:240-632-2322 ( i don't know any of them. & they maynot speak english?) good Luck!
