I have these items on ebay, I am curious as too their true worth I have posted Both here before and did not really get a solid # They both past me taking a pair of surgical scissors to them with no scratches. As you can see they are very nice pieces.

Thanks so much

Hi, Jim:

If you truly want to know their real worth, you should set the minimum bid for your pieces at 99 cents and see what the market will bear. There is no such thing as true value for a piece of jade. Unlike precious metals such as platinum, gold or silver which are affected by their daily spot prices, it is almost impossible to figure out the instrinsic value of a jade piece. After all, a Chinese saying says it all, "There is a price for gold but no price for jade." If people like a jade piece and compete for it, then its price realized will go up and sky will be the limit. I do not believe you should waste your time in asking the worth of any jades pieces here. You should send them to a profeesional appraiser if you truly want an honest appraisal.

Thank you. This is just my personal opinion and please do not take offense.

Bill
