It is a probably a newer piece 1970's-90's.

The two right hand characters read Gizan (probably the artists signature), the third character reads Satsu or Sassuru but not as the first character used on satsuma earthenware. Kyoto Satsuma, Mid 20th century, after 1940. Courtesy gotheborg.
