Subject:Re: Looking for info reg. 17th century Thai statue with original burial ashes

Anita, sorry it took me all week to get these pics done. The statue is approx. 7" high and the base is about 4" x 4 1/2", (not including the black base which needs to be removed by a professional). The first pic may appear shiny - if so, it's from the flash as the statue is far from being shiny. I doubt that it has ever been cleaned or polished. The last pic was taken to show what is underneath the body of the statue which is where the cremated ashes are kept. Thanks for any help you can give! Susan

Dear Susan

Unfortunately, I could not find any pictures you have uploaded.

FYI

Best regards
Anita

Sorry Anita. The photos were all in one file. Let me see how many I can get on here separately.
Thanks! Susan F/U: the message board is saying that it can't take the photos separately as the image file size must be less than 100KB. This is very disappointing. I have a total of 8 photos of the "goddess" statue. If there is some way that I could send them to you please let me know. I've heard of Face Book so if I can figure out how to use that and put the photos there I will let you know. Thanks again. Susan
