Subject:Big plate, japanese scene

I should be very interested in your opinion on this plate:

About 63 cm diameter, with a profuse fine gold decoration, some details have a very noticeable relief (mainly the frame around), very fine work in faces, very heavy since it is thick enough.

Your comments will be very appreciated.
