Subject:Early gilded bronze server Japanese or Chinese?

Can anyone help me I.d. this mark or maybe date this piece? Any information would be great.I think the base metal is bronze with a gilded surface. Could be silver gilding. Thanks

Possible a food receptacle for containing small food bowls, offerings to monks, or Buhhda images.

Myanmar or Northern Thai, 19-20th Century brass work.

Couldn't read the seal.
