I am looking for information regarding a print titled "summertime" depicting a mother with a child on her lap and 2 other girls surrounded by hanging flower baskets. The artist signiture is MB, Barrett

Is this silkscreen print, woodblock print, hand-printed lithograph, with artist signature in the paper margin?

With magnifying glass look close, if you see clusters of tiny colored dots it was printed by electric printing press and 'value' or 'price' is however much you like it as decoration.

With no image no one can say much.
