Subject:Wood carving of Imortal God?

Can any one please share information with me on the
wood carving. I'm not sure what kind of wood, age,
value or artist. If there is a signature I don't know what to look for.

This is the god of longevity. Are you sure that this is wood.

Thanks for the reply! No I'm not sure it's wood. It looks like wood it looks like it has been carved however I have this little feeling it might be resin..? If so do yu have any idea of value either way? Thanks- Ruth

I had a feeling that this item was poured, and as such it has only a decorativ value. Keep it as a study piece!
