Forgive me if this isn't the correct place to post this but I'm searching for information. And, sorry for the pixilation... if a better image is needed, email me directly and I can send the original photo.

I received this piece when my grandmother passed away. I have tried several times but I have not been able to learn anything about it. I would be grateful if you could at least point me in the right direction.

This photo doesn't do the piece justice.

This picture is multidiminsional; some of the design is on the background/back of the picture. And at least 1 layer is cut out, raised, painted and decorated with small beads and pearls. There is are a couple decorations in her hair including a golden dragon.

There is some character writing in the upper right corner as you look at it... but I can't read it.
