Subject:ming or qing?

hello every one and happy new year to you all. well i brought this vase at a boot sale a couple of years ago simply to add to the others i already own. i have been told thats it either ming or qing but there not 100% on which so any help from someone that does know would be fantastic thx tommo.for some reason i cant upload my pictures on here despite the fact i have made them less than 100kb so if anyone can help me i will be happy to email you any pics of this item thx again tommo
